SwingTrain is a new areobics style, dance based, cardio workout developed by Scott Cupit (Swing Patrol) and was first lauched in the UK in February 2017. I am the first trainer in Melbourne to be offering SwingTrain classes.
SwingTrain is a great way to add some fun to your weekly fitness program. It doesn't matter if you've never danced (or indeed think you have 2 left feet) or if you're feeling out of shape (that's why you come). It's not about nailing all the steps but rather enjoying the experience. You will sweat, you will learn some crazy vintage moves, you will most likely laugh and you will definitely be doing something wonderful for you body, brain and overall mood.

It is suitable for all levels of fitness and co-ordination. No dance experience is required. Best of all, it's a lot of fun!!
