I don’t just want to herd people in and out. I want to get to know you, that way we can work together on what is important to you.

Each time you leave a session - whether it be PT or a group training - I want you feeling better than when you walked in.

Personal Training is planned to your individual needs.

Group Classes are kept small so that you can still get personal attention and always offer exercise variations.

All exercises have been modified to be pelvic floor safe.
