Exercise is more than just going through the motions. I don’t just want to herd people in an out. I want to get to know you, that way we can work together on what is important to you. Each time you leave a session - whether it be PT or a group training - I want you to leave feeling better than when you walked in.

Personal Training is planned to your individual needs.  Group Classes are kept small so that you can still get personal attention and always offer exercise variations.

 All exercises have been modified to be pelvic floor safe.
